Production Capability
SANHE operates a modern 5,000+ m² manufacturing facility equipped with automated production lines for automotive refinish coatings. Our factory handles the complete production process from raw material testing to final packaging.
With large-scale automated production capacity, we can fulfill orders efficiently while maintaining strict quality consistency across every batch. Standard production lead time is 10-20 days, with urgent orders possible in 7-10 days.
Our facility is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, ensuring both product quality and environmental responsibility in all manufacturing operations.
Manufacturing Process
1. Raw Material Testing
Every incoming raw material is tested and verified before entering production. Resins, pigments, solvents, and additives must meet our specification standards.
2. Automated Production
Computer-controlled mixing, grinding, and dispersion equipment ensures precise formulation and consistent particle size distribution in every batch.
3. Quality Control
In-process QC checks: viscosity, color accuracy, solids content, gloss, adhesion, and spray testing. Only conforming batches proceed to filling.
4. Filling & Packaging
Automated filling lines with precision weight control. Standard export packaging: 1L×12 cans/carton for colors and clear coats, 4L×4 for primers.
5. Warehouse & Shipping
Climate-controlled warehouse storage. Professional export packing for sea freight. Complete documentation: COA, MSDS, packing list, commercial invoice.
6. OEM Production
Dedicated production runs for OEM/ODM and private label orders. Custom formulations, custom can printing, and branded packaging with your label.
