Private label versus OEM
Private label means buying SANHE's proven formulations packed and printed under your brand: fastest route to market, lowest tooling risk. OEM/ODM goes further — adjusting formulation, pack sizes or color range to your specification. Most new brands start private label and move to OEM once volumes justify it.
What you must prepare
The buyer-side work is small but specific: your brand name and logo artwork, the can sizes you want (commonly 1L and 4L), the product list you are launching first, and your label copy in your market's language. SANHE handles formulation, filling, printing, packing and export documentation.
Realistic minimums
Branded product is produced in full cartons: export 1L color and clear coat typically pack 12 cans per carton, so trial orders are planned in whole cartons. Custom-printed cans carry a can MOQ of around 3,000 pieces per specification, with roughly 2,000 negotiable as an absolute limit. Below that, printed labels on standard cans are the practical route.
Lead times to plan around
Standard production runs 10–20 days; rush orders 7–10 days; custom packaging 15–20 days. Final lead time is confirmed per product and packaging once the order is specified, so build your launch calendar from the confirmed figure, not the range.
Protecting your brand
Your artwork and formulation specification stay with your programme. Agree pack sizes, print proofs and a reference sample before mass production, and keep the approved sample as the quality benchmark for every future shipment.
